Who can use Henry

Choose Everyone except blocked or Only allowed people, then check the people the list applies to and click Save access rules. Blocked people can still sign in to the web app but Henry does not act for them.

Teammate integration permissions

  • Connect new integrations. When off, only admins can connect integrations.
  • Edit other people’s integrations. When off, teammates can only edit integrations they set up.
Click Save integration permissions.

Per-connection access

Who can use a specific connection, and at what level, is set on that connection’s Access tab. See Sharing and access.

Per-tool approval

Whether a tool runs automatically or asks first is set on the connection’s Tools tab or from any confirmation card. See Tool permissions.

Agent Browser

Admins can turn the Agent Browser off for the whole workspace, limit it to approved sites, and decide whether members may add their own sites. See Agent Browser settings.

Spend caps

Per-member credit ceilings are set from the Team tab of the Usage page. See Usage.
