What Henry can read

For documents in a team setting, add them to a Project. Henry reads project files and keeps them alongside the project’s chats and memory. If Henry could not read something you sent, it tells you by name rather than ignoring it.

Sharing images with Henry

Images you share get a durable link, which is how an image reaches a ticket, document, or record when you ask Henry to attach it somewhere. Slack’s own file links do not work outside Slack, so Henry re-hosts the image first.

Henry sharing files with you

When Henry produces an image or chart, it includes the link in its reply and the image renders inline. When Henry builds a spreadsheet or document in one of your tools, it links to it there. On Teams, Henry cannot upload files, so it always links instead.

Spreadsheets and data files

For work that involves cross-referencing datasets, pulling many pages of records, or producing a CSV or spreadsheet, Henry does the heavy lifting behind the scenes and reports findings, counts, and the file. You do not need to ask for anything special. When Henry quotes a number from a file it built earlier, it tells you when that file was written and re-checks anything that changes quickly.

Documents for personal Henry

In a personal workspace, text Henry a photo of a document such as a vehicle registration, insurance card, or lease. Henry reads it, confirms what it found, saves the important facts and dates, and keeps the original in your private document wallet. Ask Henry for the document later and it finds it.
