Open a connected account from Integrations and go to the Settings tab.

Settings

  • Account label. Rename the connection so people can tell accounts apart, such as “Support inbox” versus “Sales inbox”.
  • Enabled for Henry. Turn off to pause the connection. Henry cannot see or use its tools while it is off. Nothing is deleted.
  • Re-authenticate. Click Reconnect to sign in again. Use this if access was revoked or credentials changed.
  • Disconnect. Removes the account and its settings. Henry loses access immediately. You can connect it again at any time.

Several accounts for one app

Click Add another account on any app to connect a second login. Each account has its own label, sharing scope, access list, and tool permissions. The connected list shows the label, whether it is Team or Private (invite only), and who added it.

Needs attention

Connections that need work move to the top of the Integrations page:
  • Needs to be reconnected: the login expired or authorization was revoked. Click through and choose Reconnect.
  • Needs to be authorized: a custom MCP server is waiting for its authorization step. Use its Authorize button.
Henry checks connection health hourly and notifies once per outage. Choose email or Slack DM in Settings → Notifications → Integration alerts.

Account skill

Henry writes a short skill for each connected account: what the account is, how your team uses it, and anything it has learned that makes it better at the tool. Click Generate on a new account, or Regenerate after a big change. Add your own notes underneath for standing guidance, then Save notes.

What happens when someone leaves

When a member is removed from the workspace, the connections they owned are disabled, not deleted, and the tokens at the provider are left in place. An admin can re-enable a connection from Integrations, or reconnect it under their own login.
